• The server is overloaded and unresponsive. Just try to keep the session open until the server responds again. (Flooding the server with consecutive manual updates is not recommended.)
• You are using a faulty client. If you want to use an experimental or CVS version you do it at your own risk.

• Daca un torrent pe care il leechuiti/seeduiti nu este listat in profilul dvs., asteptati sau incercati updatarea manuala.
• Asigurati-va ca inchideti corect clientul, astfel incat trackerul sa primeasca mesajul "event=completed".
• Daca trackerul este picat, nu va opriti din seeding. Cand trackerul isi va reveni, clientul dvs. va transmite statisticile corecte.

• If a torrent you are currently leeching/seeding is not listed on your profile, just wait or force a manual update.
• Make sure you exit your client properly, so that the tracker receives "event=completed".
• If the tracker is down, do not stop seeding. As long as the tracker is back up before you exit the client the stats should update properly.

• Daca dintr-un motiv sau altul pc-ul cedeaza sau clientul p2p ingheata, raportarea catre tracker se va face eronat indicand faptul ca torrentul continua sa fie la seed/leech. Cel vechi nu va primi niciodata un mesaj 'actiune=finalizata' sau 'actiune=oprita' si va fi listat pana la expirarea timpului 'urmaritorului'. Ignora-l, pentru ca va disparea intr-un final.

• If for some reason (e.g. pc crash, or frozen client) your client exits improperly and you restart it, it will have a new peer_id, so it will show as a new torrent. The old one will never receive a "event=completed" or "event=stopped" and will be listed until some tracker timeout. Just ignore it, it will eventually go away.

• Unii clienti, mai ales TorrentStorm si Nova Torrent, nu raporteaza in mod corect 'tracker-ului' cand anuleaza sau finalizeaza un torrent. In acel caz 'tracker-ul' te va lasa sa astepti un mesaj - si astfel va lista torrentul ca in proces de seed/leech - pana ce va trece un timp stabilit. Ignora-l, pentru ca va disparea intr-un final.

• Some clients, notably TorrentStorm and Nova Torrent, do not report properly to the tracker when canceling or finishing a torrent. In that case the tracker will keep waiting for some message - and thus listing the torrent as seeding or leeching - until some timeout occurs. Just ignore it, it will eventually go away.

• Exista doua posibilitati in care in profilul tau vor aparea torrenti pe care nu ii leechuiesti: cineva iti cunoaste parola si/sau passkeyul. Pentru a rezolva aceasta problema trebuie sa-ti schimbi parola si/sau sa dai un reset passkey. A se observa ca torrentii listati in profilul tau vor aparea intotdeauna in statisticile tale finale.

• When a torrent is first started, the tracker uses the IP to identify the user. Therefore the torrent will become associated with the user who last accessed the site from that IP. If you share your IP in some way (you are behind NAT/ICS, or using a proxy), and some of the persons you share it with are also users, you may occasionally see their torrents listed in your profile. (If they start a torrent session from that IP and you were the last one to visit the site the torrent will be associated with you). Note that now torrents listed in your profile will always count towards your total stats.

• Daca doriti sa reparati aceasta eroare, resetati computerul. Daca doriti sa intelegeti si de ce se intampla, citit mai departe.

• Passkey de sistem a fost implementat cu scopul de a substitui un ip sistem de verificare. Aceasta înseamnă că tracker-ul nu mai verifica ip-ul. Vă autentificaţi pentru a verifica dacă sunteţi logat sau înregistrat pe tracker. Fiecare utilizator are un  passkey personal, o cheie aleatoare generat de sistem. Atunci când un utilizator încearcă să descarce un torrent, passkey-ul personal este imprimat în URL-ul tracker-ului torrentului, tracker de la care permite să identifice orice sursă de conectare. În acest fel, puteţi să tineti la seed torrent-ul, de exemplu, acasă, la birou þi în acelaþi timp, fără nici o problemă cu cele 2 IP-uri diferite. Pe torrent sunt permise 3 conexiuni simultane pe utilizator, iar în caz de leeching doar 1 (care înseamnă că puteţi Leech-ui un torrent dintr-un singur loc doar la un moment dat).

• The passkey system has been implemented in order to substitute the ip checking system. This means that the tracker doesnt check anymore your logged ip in order to verify if you are logged in or registered with the tracker. Every user has a personal passkey, a random key generated by the system. When a user tries to download a torrent, its personal passkey is imprinted in the tracker url of the torrent, allowing to the tracker to identify any source connected on it. In this way, you can seed a torrent for example, at home and at your office simultaneously without any problem with the 2 different ips. Per torrent 3 simultaneous connections are permitted per user, and in case of leeching only 1 (That means you can leech a torrent from one location only at a time).

• Veti primi aceasta eroare, in primul rand deoarece nu sunteti inregistrat pe tracker-ul nostru sau daca nu ati downloadat torrent-ul folosit in webpage-ul nostru, cand erati logat. In acest caz, doar inregistrati-va sau logati-va si redownloadati torrentul. Exista o sansa de a primi aceasta eroarea prima data cand vreti sa downloadati ceva in calitate de utilizator nou, sau la primul download dupa ce v-ati resetat passkey-ul. Motivul e simplu: tracker-ul proceseaza modificarile passkey-ului la cateva minute dupa resetare, nu instantaneu. Din acest motiv, lasati torrentul sa ruleze pentru cateva minute si veti primi eventual un mesaj OK din partea tracker-ului.

• You will get this error, firstly if you are not registered on our tracker, or if you havent downloaded the torrent to use from our webpage, when you were logged in. In this case, just register or log in and redownload the torrent. There is a chance to get this error also, at the first time you download anything as a new user, or at the first download after you reset your passkey. The reason is simply that the tracker reviews the changes in the passkeys every few minutes and not instantly. For that reason just leave the torrent running for a few minutes, and you will get eventually an OK message from the tracker.

• Daca passkey-ul dumneavoastra a fost leechuit si alt utilizator foloseste contul dvs. pentru a downloada torrente. In acest caz, veti vedea torrente care nu sunt tinute la seed si nici leechuite.

• If your passkey has been leeched and other user(s) uses it to download torrents using your account. In this case, you will see torrents stated in your account that you are not leeching or seeding .

• DHT-ul trebuie oprit deoarece poate cauza ca datele dvs. sa fie inregistrare incorect si poate fi considerat un mod de a trisa, de asemenea trebuie oprit si PEX(peer exchange). Oricine va folosi acestea va fi banat pentru inselarea sistemului. Verificati-va snatchlist-ul regulat pentru a va asigura ca datele sunt procesate corect, permite 30 min tracker-ului pentru a updata datele dv.

• DHT must be disabled in your client, DHT can cause your stats to be recorded incorrectly and could be seen as cheating also disable PEX (peer exchange) Anyone using this will be banned for cheating the system. Check your snatchlist regularly to ensure stats are being recorded correctly, allow 30mins for the tracker to update your stats.
